When we can expect changing of reservation?

In this post you said, that we can expect this feature in the next patch.

But i don´t see it now in the LOTUS Editor (this option), so when we can expect?

Sorry for my perseverance, but i really want to build something (now i´m trying to build something fictive, which i can lost), but i don´t want to lost it.
