I think except B&S and F will be free (for those who buy Rails of course).
Because buying a game w/o a real map, at least one, it's strange.

None of them are currently planned addons. Those were DLCs that we liked to see in LOTUS at any time and used for realistic testing of the alphabetic sorting order of the DLC list. But at this time we did not know that we can not delete them afterwards
So this list caused confusions for 3 years now...^^ -
