Hi,
I've made a spline I'd like to use as ballast but I cannot see how to get it to be selectable when editing a section of tracks ballast section - is there a tag you have to add manually?

You have to select the correct kind, I cannot look it up now, but I think it's name is something like track construction...

I got the same problem, and I haven't found any solution. Had anyone solved this?

I have just found the solution: Use Standard Spline category, with the Top Kind of Streets and Traffic and also with the sub kind of Rails. Working perfectly for me.
