A very important information: The final container, the ContentTool will create, has the name of the source directory. In your case, it is "LOTUS", so the container has the filename "LOTUS.lct". And under this name, you find it in the Workshop upload list... 
So you should now delete the LOTUS.lct, create a subdirectory of "Dokumentumok\LOTUS" called e.g."OrbandzsiBudapest", where you move everything (including the Export directory). Now you pack it again and find "OrbandzsiBudapest.lct" in the MyContent directory as well as in the Workshop upload list.
By the way, renaming the LCT file doesn't help, or is it?
