I reinstalled the lotus and saved the files from the map after uploading I have a map in the game but I do not have in the editor.

First things first, if your working directory is inside the Lotus main directory just put it somewhere else, because the Lotus folder is maintained by Steam so there is a chance that your files will get lost someday.

Next thing you should have a look is the Map Editor options, especially the top textbox with the working directory, by default it is set to the public documents folder.
