As the title, It's impossible to attach the road path extremity and This button 
doesn't work. In game infact, there aren't cars.
Someone could help?

Sorry, but I do not really understand what you have done... perhaps you can attach a screenshot from the MapEditor?

It would be better, if you try using no angles above around 90°, then it should work!

First, you have to create a vehicle list ("train plan") with the cars which should be used:

Unfortunately, the translation of the concerning lexicon article how to add them to the AI, does not exist yet, but perhaps you can help yourself using a translation tool:
