When is some form of route marking expected? Would be a great help on the new Berlin map

what do you mean with "route marking" in this case? -
Do you mean something like "turn left on this crossing" and "line xx stop on this station" ?

I'm thinking of something like the yellow arrows above the road in OMSI that showed me where to go on line
