When working on hill roads - elevated subgrades, should polygons contain more points so they can adjust better to the terrain (like when we subdivide meshes in Blender) or it wouldn't make difference.

Polygons get adjusted to the terrain underneath. When using more points the road may look bumpy. If you optimize your subgrades, the road will look better.
