At first you start with a fictional multiplayer map. When reserving the tiles you can switch the map to the same as you would use for the real world to set your tiles correctly. Afterwards you share your plans and progress with us. You might use the forum Planet real for further approach. Please read the pinned topics.
You can use the sharp_envir reflexion texture in the material settings.
It means that you can drive if the road is clear and you have to follow normal traffic rules.

Hello, the A means that the tram (or bus) has requested the traffic light phase for the direction it is going.
The Z means that you can close the doors because the trafficlight will soon be 'green'.
Hi, please use the 
button while the asphalt polygon is selected, this should refresh it. Some holes in polygons may remain, especially if it has an odd shape, in this case it helps to reduce the size of it.
