2. What are the process of new entries addition (if new interface strings will be added)? Is it automatic or manual addition into each loc-file?
Ursus : I've got a small hint for you: Because our own font is very narrow, you should try "Arial Narrow" instead of "Times New Roman", I think, that looks better!

In Pack Containers - Checked pack folder
In Steam Workshop tool - New Item - OK, Upload containers - OK
