Hard to see what's happening on that tiny image. But my guess is you should check the orientation of the face normals.

In blender, select this section an go to edit mode. Select all the faces in the problematic area and press [Ctrl] + [N] to reorient faces outeside. If it is the wrong direction press [W] and select "Flip Normals", so all faces will be fliped in direction.
To see what's happening in blender press [N] and check "Backface Culling" under the topic "Shading"
