I don't understand
And why Steam consider it almost as a game, and not as a DLC, normally we don't need to do this trick to add DLC to existing game. A single button "Add to cart" and the case is closed...
Sorry to be urgent, even annoying, but I have this little little request, can you use UTF-8 when displaying name, and description in Steam Workshop?
I had a doubt about supported languages, so I searched and I've found this.
UTF-8 supports a huge range of languages, and all LOTUS buyers speak these languages for sure.
Thanks, and again, sorry to be disturbing.
My rigorousness forces me to report this little little detail (in attached files).
As you can see, the box shows in title "Informationen", instead of "Information" (and it's weird, because the language file has a string "Information", "Error", "Warning", etc...
I'm sorry if it's totally unwise.
I just have a question about an English string: what does "floodlgt" and "stophut" mean? I mean, what is it? I've search on Google but I didn't find an answer which could match with any thing in LOTUS. Thanks!
OMG, I'm dying.
Wow, with timeline and so
Since i would love to get a head start on my local area in London which means driving on left side of road , will i need to worry about that? As for Omsi 2 i used to make my roads in blender then use the SDK tool crossing editor and lay down AI paths onto the roads for AI to follow and wondering if it’s different for lotus ?
Yes, the traffic direction on the left will be - according to the developers - much simpler and better!
1. Please describe as detailed as possible what you did and which problem that leads to.
On Map Editor, while, scrolling, either with the scroll bar, or with the mouse, the thumbnail disapears, and reappears, etc...
Just look: https://streamable.com/tqjtj
But, not in big thumb, in large thumbs, it works
2. Please post your logfile and if possible attach your debug logfile, as well, which have been created during the problem occured.
3. If it is a performance or another possibly hardware-related problem, please post your system information. Those are:
- OS and architecture (32/64bit): 64 bit
- Processor clock rate: 3.5Ghz
- Processor cores: 4
- RAM: 8 GB
- Type of hard drive (HDD/SDD): SSD, but LOTUS is on HHD
- Desktop or Notebook? Desktop
- Name of your graphics card: GTX 970
- Graphics memory: 4 GB
- GPU clock rate: 1140MHz
- OpenGL version (see LOTUS logfile): 4.6.0 NVIDIA 416.34
you totally can create content for a bus map or even start building one. The map editor and content tool won't change fundamentally for the streets module. The only thing you can't do at the moment is to develop a bus model. But afaik everything you create in the map editor will be working with every module. So you can even fly over your bus map later on.
Also, you should notice that the "modules" that you buy later on just add the permission to drive the sort of vehicles (or fly )!
You can fly with Street vehicles you?
So, please test it...
Oh! I didn't understand!
I thought you were asking me if I did it, not to do it. .
And indeed, by doing this method, the point appears
Thank you, I'm so silly omg
You should say "You must", instead of "Did you", It would have been clearer
I did a simple cylinder on Blender, I exported it, everything was OK, and on LOTUS CT, I've seen that we can add static attach point (for example, to add more easily objects to it if I understand well).
I saved and exported it, but in-game, none attach point.
Have a look:
As you can see, my object is 2.5 meters height, and my static point is placed at 2 meters.
How does it work exactly?
What is a DM?
This part is almost done! Some smaller buildings and some vegetation is missing but they will arrive soon enough! More information below!
I'm searching for Alpha/Beta testers for my map. Right now I want to know if the performance is good enough in the main part/Busiest part of the map.
A lot isn't finished of course but that's the exact reason why I need testers now
If you would like to take part please give me the following information:
- PC Specs: CPU, GPU & RAM
- Why you would like to take part
I would like to be a part of it.
So first, my specs:
CPU: i5-6600K, GPU: GTX 970, and RAM: 8 GB.
I would like because I think there is a lot of potential, and the atmosphere of the map is attractive.
And I'm also an object developer, so, I can have a different perspective from a non-developer and know how long it can take, because I have experienced it.
