Hello,
I bought the December 24, 2019 the DLC "Street Module" with the "trick" (developers know what I mean), I paid 40€ and now, my DLC just disappear from my library and Steam tells me that I need to buy it again.
My order number is 1651064782752951116. I also have a proof of my purchase in the attached files.
What I can do? Contact Steam support or can you solve the issue?

I did. You didn't answer to my question, but anyway, I tried at my risk and I give Street Module as expected.
I'm afraid to pay with this warning:

And why Steam consider it almost as a game, and not as a DLC, normally we don't need to do this trick to add DLC to existing game. A single button "Add to cart" and the case is closed...
Steam API does not support those characters, but you can edit it on the workshop website afaik.

Sorry to be urgent, even annoying, but I have this little little request, can you use UTF-8 when displaying name, and description in Steam Workshop?
I had a doubt about supported languages, so I searched and I've found this.
UTF-8 supports a huge range of languages, and all LOTUS buyers speak these languages for sure.

That's correct, but unfortunately, these strings cannot be translated.

As for Omsi 2 i used to make my roads in blender then use the SDK tool crossing editor and lay down AI paths onto the roads for AI to follow and wondering if it’s different for lotus ?

On Map Editor, while, scrolling, either with the scroll bar, or with the mouse, the thumbnail disapears, and reappears, etc...

you totally can create content for a bus map or even start building one. The map editor and content tool won't change fundamentally for the streets module. The only thing you can't do at the moment is to develop a bus model. But afaik everything you create in the map editor will be working with every module. So you can even fly over your bus map later on.

I did a simple cylinder on Blender, I exported it, everything was OK, and on LOTUS CT, I've seen that we can add static attach point (for example, to add more easily objects to it if I understand well).
I saved and exported it, but in-game, none attach point. 
Have a look:
As you can see, my object is 2.5 meters height, and my static point is placed at 2 meters.
How does it work exactly?
