In this stage, your project is playable. In accordance with the Quality Guidelines for Real Maps you finished enough streets to allow a positive impression of your work. The map doesn't have to be finished at this stage.
Now the band begins to play. Apply with your current state of the map for the transfer to the Real World of LOTUS. As an answer you will either get feedback and wishes for improvement, or the direct transfer of the map. 
Between your application and the - however - answer you must not edit the map.
