LOTUS won't load

  • Hi! I encounter this problem when I try to load a singleplayer game but as soon as I get to the loading screen my game freezes and it would not load the game at all. I verified the game files through Steam and everything was fine. I also tried to set all settings to maximum and to set a lower FPS limit thinking this would help.

    I doubt this is a hardware related problem.

    Also, this is the same problem I have every time I try loading the game on this PC:

  • At a first glance it looks like a fault with karadamir's Container. Line 38 tells 19:33:39 - Thread: 39C8 - Error: Handle Events: Header of 5748588:108861814. So maybe you should repair that container and try again.

  • Sorry, just spotted another possible problem. Neither the Oculus SDK nor the OpenVR SDK could be initialised. Since you are playing with activated VR, there may be an unhandled problem with uninitialised VR starts or something like this. Make sure your VR starts propery or start without -VRon parameter.

  • If karadamir did not deliver his tram to you by hisself, you probably subscribed to it in the workshop. So you could either unsubscribe, or repair the game files via Steam, which should repair the Workshop content, as well.

    I unsubscribed to all workshop content I had installed but the game still won't run.

  • That's the tram I had, yes, but I am not Russian. My name is just an alias. I also had the articulated version of the OZMT-11M if I am not mistaking. I remember that I was searching for your tram on the workshop and it wasn't there, when I went ingame your tram was still ready to be played.

  • Well, everything is clear, the problem is solved. These models will be released in a large pack.

    But the nickname would advise to change, and then many will be associated with the Russian^^
