Let's get to the point: is there any way at the moment to add outer sounds to vehicles? Like running sounds only hearable from outside, sounds changing when opening/closing doors and windows etc. Are there already variables for that or it's still a missing feature?
Also, what's the method to give new entries for the "kind and region" part of the content tool? Like, new cities, companies, manufacturers...etc. Always PM-ing a moderato/dev for that, or is there any thread for that purpose?
