I think driving trains with a keyboard in LOTUS is not very convenient, I can't see the throttle when the main view. there also no meter or HUD to tell me the power.
A controller is better, but not everyone has a controller, and mine doesn't support some trains in LOTUS.
Maybe OMSI has the best driving experience with the mouse in many public transport simulators. I have driven some trams in OMSI with the mouse, it's really good.

If the edit of language file can work, that I don't need to delete the files.
Today, I edited the language file, but nothing changed in the game.
This happened before, so I deleted all my translation files under Lotus folder like before, but this time, my translate still works in the game.

I drive rail vehicles with a gamepad, I also use buttons on it to control some functions like door and view.
And I drive buses with mouse, when I want to open and close doors, I should to use the gamepad, it's not convenient.
So can LOTUS save different keyboard layouts for different modules? When I drive a tram, I can change to a layout which I saved for tram easily or it changes automatically.
Well, if it can use mouse to control the rail vehicle, maybe I don't need to use the gamepad
