1 Create a LOTUSdirectory file
Start LOTUS and in the main manu, press the bottom left button that looks like a bug:
In the opened window, press the bottom left button "Print LOTUS folder and files".
2 Finding LOTUSdirectory file
The created file is located in the logs folder (...\Steam\steamapps\common\LOTUS-Simulator\Logs\) and is named LOTUSdirectory.txt.
Attach the file to your support request, if demanded, and you are done!
