• Hi all,

    I have two questions: the first is, in wich way I can "normalize" the heigh of the wheels? As you can see in the screenshot they're under the ground. I state that in Blender they are above the Cartesian axes.
    Second question: in order to rotate the wheels which variable should I use?

    Thank you

  • Hi!

    You have to create the bus in that way how it looks as if you would lift it until the wheels just only touch the ground:

    The variables are:

    - spring_Wheel_m_[axle]_[side] ==> Spring load (m)

    - steering_Wheel_m_[axle]_[side] ==> Steering (°)

    - alpha_Wheel_deg_[axle]_[side] ==> Rotation (°)

    (PS: "steering_Wheel_m_" looks like if it gives you this value in meters, but that "old" mistake should be just ignored, the value is really measured in degree! ;-) )

  • Thanks to your suggestions I was finally able to solve the problems of the wheels that were "underground".

    I've totally re-imported the bus and assigned the scripts you suggests to the wheels. Blinkers and doors work fine but now the problem is that the rear wheels don't move. Instead I managed to make steer the front wheels using the variable "Steering". I'm not capable in any way to make move the bus to see if what I did is ok.

  • Yes, I use only the “ND313”, because the others scripts in the folder give me an error. Maybe I made some mistakes... for example for the rear wheels I assigned only the variable alpha_Wheel_deg_0_1

  • I found how to add modules and I created a module for the engine assigning the class "ENGINE_PISTON" as I read in one topic here in the forum. The same I did with gearbox assigning the class "GEARBOX". Maybe I forgot something, infact the bus still doesn't move.

  • Another Question, have you assigned some buttons in the bus to start the engine? Otherwise, it is necessary to change the Place vehicle: to Running in the settings.

  • Not at the moment. I haven’t imported the dashboard. I thought it was like in OMSI that you can drive also with the minimum of the imported objects by pressing the tipical buttons on the keyboard. About the settings you refer to, they must be change in Lotus or in the Content?

    Well, you just need to start the engines correctly and everything. For myself, i think it is easiest to just change those settings. You find that in Lotus on the first page of the options
